Tooling
In most industries, it is often necessary to design the tooling used for the development of products, the testing or the final assembly and integration.
Because of the cost of prototypes or the risks on personnel in case of failure it is required to ensure that the tooling will withstand the various loadings (loads of operators, failure of a rotating part or explosion).
We are experienced with several types of tooling, from complete assembly lines to containing enclosures designed to keep parts inside in case of turbine failure, of airframe drilling interface parts and or high-precision measurement systems.
Our analysis methods have been validated several times with on-site testing (static and dynamic) conducted by our customers, thus allowing us to gain a lot of experience and reliability.
